About The Position
Join Our Compassionate Care Team at Suite Living Senior Care! Assisted Living & Memory Care Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors? At Suite Living Senior Care, we provide high-quality Assisted Living and Memory Care in beautifully designed, intimate communities-each with 32 units, including 10 dedicated Memory Care apartments. We're growing and looking for Caring, Dedicated, and Compassionate Caregivers to join our team at Maple Grove!
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of caregiving experience (in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
- Ability to pass medications (we'll train you!)
- Must be at least 18 years old
- A team player with excellent communication, empathy, and reliability
- NOC Shift (10PM-6AM) Availability
- All shifts (PT & FT) must be available to work every other weekend
Nice To Haves
- CNA Certification preferred, but not required
- CPR/First Aid knowledge preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support mobility and transfers within the facility
- Help with medication administration (training provided)
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversation
- Light housekeeping and meal assistance
- Monitor and report changes in condition to leadership team
- Respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations
