About The Position
Certified Nursing Assistants work alongside fellow caregivers to provide residents with daily nursing care and services based on each resident’s plan of care and individual needs. They also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement. The role is at The Springs at Wyandot Trail in Lancaster, Ohio.
Requirements
- Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
- 0–1 years of relevant experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Help residents with personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting them as needed as part of activities of daily living.
- Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions and make independent decisions when needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure residents’ comfort and well-being.
- Provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to residents.
- Maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
