About The Position

Requirements

• Experience in the high-risk industry: PSP, Payments, Forex, Gambling/iGaming, or related fields.
• Experience as a Senior Sales, Head of Sales, Head of Account Management, or in a similar leadership position.
• Strong understanding of the merchant side and the payments market.
• Experience in building sales processes and managing a team.
• Ability to set goals and KPIs independently and take responsibility for achieving them.
• Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to build a sales function from scratch.
• Willingness to travel to international conferences and industry events.
• Languages: English, Russian.
• Strategic thinking.
• Leadership and team management.
• Problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy.
• Build and improve sales processes.
• Create sales plans and monitor their execution.
• Set goals and KPIs and monitor the team’s key performance indicators.
• Hire, develop, and manage the sales team.
• Select and implement tools for the sales team, including CRM, sales automation, VPN, etc.
• Lead negotiations and independently close deals with key merchants.
• Develop the merchant network and attract new clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline and monitor conversion at each stage.
• Analyze sales results and identify growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
