About The Position
Percy Restaurant is hiring talented Pastry Staff to join their family. They are looking for individuals who want to be part of a fun, dynamic, and growing hospitality group. Requirements
- LOVE for the restaurant industry
- Ability to follow detailed directions
- Ability to follow standard restaurant procedures
- Ability to constantly move throughout the kitchen
- Ability to prepare food according to specifications
- Ability to maintain standards in food and beverage quality
- Ability to safely utilize a variety of kitchen tools and machinery
- Ability to serve all guests to high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be highly organized

- Ability to clean and maintain a safe work environment

Responsibilities
- Assist with “dish” upkeep
- Take out trash and boxes
- Constantly move throughout the kitchen
- Execute required recipes using accurate and consistent methods
- Ensure baked goods have an appealing finished product
- Constantly monitor and maintain food standards for recipe adherence, production, appearance, correctness, quality, and safety
- Regularly operate a variety of kitchen equipment and tools
- Confirm all products meet our food safety and quality standards.
- Support team members including leadership
- Exude positive attitude under stress
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace.
- Contribute to a fun and professional work environment
- Ability to execute follow-through
