About The Position

Come be a part of our team at The Glade Scoops & Sweets! Located in the heart of Gladeville, TN. on Stewarts Ferry Pk., just off interstate 840. We are a family owned/operated ice cream & sweets shop just getting started. We are currently looking for someone in preparing customer ice cream orders and opening/closing the store.

Requirements

  • Reliability and Punctuality: Be dependable and arrive on time for scheduled shifts
  • Friendly/happy demeanor with excellent customer service skills
  • Strong Communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Be creative and assist with new ice cream ideas for shakes, cakes, sundaes and more!
  • 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Preparing customer ice cream orders
  • Opening/closing the store
  • Stocking and preparing ice cream and other products
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment
  • Operate a point of sale, process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries
  • Follow food handling guidelines at all times
