About The Position

Requirements

• Must be able to stand, bend, and reach for the duration of your shift while maintaining a customer service mindset
• Donation Attendants must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds and maintain customer service standards when interacting with donors

Nice To Haves

• One year of customer service, retail, or production experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• For Production Associates: Price donations according to guidelines to maximize funds for the mission
• For Production Associates: Achieve pricing goals
• For Production Associates: Maintain an efficient flow of donations to ensure a smooth customer service experience on the sales floor
• For Donation Attendants: Greet and thank donors while carefully accepting their donations
• For Donation Attendants: Help keep the production area organized by sorting donations as they come in
• For Donation Attendants: Deliver excellent customer service to donors and team members alike
• For Sales Floor Associates: Organize the sales floor and make it easy for customers to find items
• For Sales Floor Associates: Serve as ambassadors for Goodwill by providing outstanding customer service
• For Sales Floor Associates: Answer any questions that customers may have about Goodwill or donations
• For Sales Floor Associates: Ensure a pleasant shopping experience for customers
• For Cashiers: Build relationships with customers
• For Cashiers: Accurately ring up sales transactions
• For Cashiers: Inform customers how their purchases are helping someone get a job
• For Cashiers: Ensure customer service excellence
