Requirements

  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification
  • Full Physical Report and Drug Screening (within past 12 months)
  • 2 professional reference letters (within past 3 years)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Reliability and compassion

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on care and meaningful companionship based on each client’s needs: Dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Ambulation around the house
  • Encouraging exercise and fluids
  • Light housekeeping
