About The Position

BAYADA is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role requires at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Openings are available in Springfield and surrounding areas. Caregivers must be able to work independently and drive clients in their personal vehicles; mileage is reimbursed. Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Passion for providing mental and behavioral health care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home or community.
• Ability to drive clients in a personal vehicle.
