About The Position
BAYADA is hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals to provide compassionate care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. Openings are available in Springfield and surrounding areas. Applicants must have at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role requires working independently and driving clients in a personal vehicle; mileage is reimbursed. BAYADA describes a positive working environment and provides tools and support for its care team, including access to a clinical manager on call 24/7. Requirements
- At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Passion for providing mental and behavioral health care to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
- Ability to work independently in a client's home or community.
- Ability to drive clients in a personal vehicle.
