About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional to provide compassionate mental and behavioral health care to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. The role serves clients in Blue Springs and surrounding areas. The position requires at least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities. Caregivers must be able to work independently in a client’s home or community and provide transportation during community activities.

BAYADA offers weekly pay of $18.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, efforts to match opportunities near the caregiver’s home, scholarship programs, paid time off, and 24/7 on-call clinical manager support.
