About The Position
Bad Daddy's Burger Bar is looking for a Bartender to join the Team! This role involves owning each guest experience, creating a unique atmosphere, making hand-crafted cocktails, serving a large selection of draft beers, and working in a high-energy, high-volume, fast-paced environment. The position offers opportunities to learn the operations of a full-service restaurant with cross-training possibilities and room for growth within the company, as promotions for Hourly Manager positions are typically made from within. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of craft beer and mixed drinks, and will bring a high-energy personality to complement the company's recipes and standards. Open interviews are held every Monday-Wednesday from 2pm-5pm.
Requirements
- Previous bartending experience required
- Extensive knowledge of craft beer and mixed drinks
- Server permit required for hire in all locations in the following states: Oklahoma, Georgia, Tennessee
