Bartender
About The Position
Centro Mexican Kitchen is looking for experienced bar pros who thrive on making memories for our guests through the art of Bartending. This role involves not just creating spectacular, delicious, and exciting beverages, but also acting as the ringleader, storyteller, listener, and curator of the best bar dining experience. The job requires putting on a show, shaking margaritas, discussing tequila, mezcal, and cocktails, and connecting with guests in a fun, fast-paced, professional restaurant environment. Candidates should be experts in food and beverage service, passionate about Mexican & Latin cuisine, eager to learn, cool under pressure, and adaptable. The company is a collective of locally owned, independent restaurants and bars rooted in Boulder, Colorado, with a mission to serve delicious and memorable hospitality.
Requirements
- Expertise in food and beverage service
- Passion for Mexican & Latin cuisine
- Eagerness to learn
- Ability to remain cool under pressure
- Adaptability
- Experience is helpful, but the best attitude is better than experience
- TIPS and/or Responsible Alcohol Service Certification (training provided)
