Requirements

  • Deep understanding of automotive systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the day.
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in a professional shop environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • A clean driving record.
  • Reliable set of automotive hand/air tools.

Nice To Haves

  • ASE certifications (A1-A8).
  • Trade school training.

Responsibilities

  • Perform complex mechanical, electrical, and computer diagnostics using advanced scan tools.
  • Conduct routine maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake jobs.
  • Perform major system overhauls including steering, suspension, and HVAC.
  • Test-drive vehicles to ensure repairs are flawless and safe.
  • Accurately log work in digital service management software.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace.
