About The Position

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal.
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions.

Nice To Haves

• Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning vehicles prior to final delivery to customers.
• Supporting the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations.
• Maintaining all service tools and equipment within the detail department.
• Ensuring all detailing work meets Caliber and OEM standards.
• Assisting with maintaining the daily housekeeping of the production area.
• Emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting with spray booth cleaning, and ensuring tools and equipment are returned to their proper locations.
• Maintaining parking lots and grounds in a clean and orderly condition.
• Performing minor equipment and facility maintenance when needed.
