About The Position
Lundy Law is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney to join our team in a hybrid capacity supporting both our Philadelphia, PA and Cherry Hill, NJ offices. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who has experience handling all aspects of personal injury litigation, enjoys managing their own caseload, and thrives working collaboratively with both litigation and pre-litigation teams. Lundy Law offers a friendly, professional, and supportive environment with experienced attorneys and staff dedicated to providing exceptional client service.
Requirements
- PA and NJ Bar Admission Required
- J.D. required
- 3–10+ years of Personal Injury experience
- Strong written, oral, and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Litify software is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage a personal injury litigation caseload
- Evaluate claims and develop litigation strategies
- Prepare pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
- Conduct legal research and draft briefs, opinions, and memorandums
- Litigate pre-trial motions
- Prepare for and represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and trials, including jury trials
- Maintain strong file management and compliance with deadlines
