About The Position
The Athletic Trainer is responsible for attending practices and games of the assigned school, including preparation time before and treatments after. Fulfill the domains of athletic training; Prevention of injuries and illnesses, Clinical evaluation and diagnosis, Emergency care of injuries, Treatment and rehabilitation of injuries, Administration and professional development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Graduate of an accredited Athletic Training program
- Current license as an Athletic Trainer in State of Alabama
- Current National Athletic Trainers Association Board of Certification (NATABOC)
- Current BCLS required (AHA or ECSI)
