As an Athletic Trainer, you will work directly with our patients and orthopedic specialists, playing a vital role in delivering a seamless, compassionate, and highly effective rehabilitation experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in an allied health-related field.
• Current NATA certification (BOC) is required.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years in an athletic training or orthopedic clinic setting is preferred. Motivated entry-level graduates with current NATA certification are highly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent future injury.
• Administer evidence-based treatments to restore mobility and strength using exercise techniques, therapeutic modalities, extremity mobilization, muscle re-education, and gait training.
• Consult regularly with physical therapists and referring physicians to evaluate patient progress, modify treatment plans, and determine appropriate discharge timelines.
• Guide patients and their families through customized home exercise programs, pain management techniques, and preventative wellness education.
• Maintain meticulous, up-to-date medical records, including detailed progress notes and care tracking.
