Youth Soccer Coach
About The Position
Join the Lil’ Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer team as a Youth Soccer/Child Development Coach and make a meaningful impact every week. This role is ideal for committed high school students, college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Coaches lead children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun, playing a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required, as full training is provided. Our culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth for both kids and coaches, inspiring over 15,000 children annually across our communities.
