About The Position
Tri-City United is seeking positive, high-energy individuals who enjoy working with children and have soccer playing and/or coaching experience to coach players aged 3–18. Coaches supervise groups of approximately 8–12 players and follow the club-wide coaching curriculum. Coaches are expected to attend coach education courses and sessions, arrive on time, and maintain a professional demeanor throughout each session. The role requires a commitment of 2–12 hours per week.
Requirements
- Be child-friendly, high-energy, and positive.
- Have soccer playing experience, such as club, competitive, or travel experience.
- Be able to pass a standard background check.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend sessions and games.
- Enjoy soccer and have a desire to work with young people and grow the sport.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience coaching soccer; preferred but not required.
