Youth Soccer Coach

About The Position
Tri-City United is seeking child-friendly, high-energy, positive coaches to work with soccer players aged 3–18. Coaches supervise groups of approximately 8–12 players, follow the club-wide coaching curriculum, and attend coach education courses and sessions. The role requires a professional demeanor and reliable attendance at sessions and games. The expected time commitment is 2–12 hours per week.
Requirements
- Be child-friendly, high-energy, and positive.
- Have soccer playing experience, such as club, competitive, or travel experience.
- Be able to pass a standard background check.
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend sessions and games.
- Enjoy soccer and want to work with young people and grow the sport.
Nice To Haves
- Prior soccer coaching experience is preferred but not required.
