About The Position

Immanuel Baptist Church in Minot, North Dakota, is seeking a full-time Youth Pastor to oversee its Children’s and Youth (K–12) ministries. The church is part of the American Baptist Churches of the Dakotas and shares the vision of helping people find and follow Jesus and helping others do the same at work, at home, and at play. The position serves under the direction of the Board of Christian Education and the Senior Pastor. It includes monthly participation in Christian Education Board meetings. An initial performance review takes place after six months, followed by annual reviews by the Pastor Performance Review Committee. The Board of Christian Education oversees the Kids and Youth programming budget.
