Young Adult Housing Case Manager

Cocoon House•Everett, WA
•Onsite

About The Position

Journeys Young Adult Housing provides 20 leased permanent supportive housing units for households experiencing homelessness whose members are ages 18–24 at intake. Program staff help tenants develop the skills to maintain a lease and live independently, work toward self-identified goals, and build support networks outside Cocoon House. The Young Adult Housing Case Manager, internally referred to as the Journeys Case Manager, works with tenants to maintain housing and build skills that support stability throughout adulthood.
