About The Position

The Y-CAP of Middle Tennessee is looking for an energetic, caring, and dependable UPDATED - YCAP Program Assistant Floater to join their Y-Quest afterschool prevention program. This role involves bringing daily lesson plans to life, actively leading groups of up to 30 youth, and helping to create a safe, fun, and welcoming environment that supports social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth. The assistant will travel between program sites as needed, partner with YMCA and school staff, and model core values: Caring, Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility.

Requirements

• Minimum age: 18
• High school diploma required
• CPR/First Aid/AED (Infant/Pediatric) within 30 days of hire
• Reliable transportation to travel between sites

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of youth development experience preferred
• Bilingual skills a plus!
