About The Position
Blufox Mobile, a preferred retail partner of Comcast Xfinity, is hiring a full-time Sales Associate to help customers identify and purchase Xfinity products and services. The role focuses on consultative selling, customer service, and achieving sales goals in a retail environment. Products include high-speed internet, Xfinity Mobile, home security, cable television, voice services, and smart home products. Blufox Mobile offers paid training and ongoing support, performance-based uncapped commissions, opportunities for raises and advancement, and employee benefits. Advancement paths include Lead Sales Associate, Senior Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
- Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
- Build value around products and service packages.
- Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions.
- Upsell and cross-sell services to support customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Meet and exceed sales goals and use established sales-closing techniques.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends.
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong customer relationships.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and support high customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores.
- Create a welcoming and engaging retail environment.
- Collaborate with teammates to achieve store goals.
- Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
