About The Position
A well-established, growing financial services company in New York City is looking to add a Writing Coach (Technical and Professional Writing) to their L&D team. This role involves working one-on-one with company employees at all levels to help them improve their technical, professional, and financial writing skills. The Writing Coach will also work closely with various company teams to consult and advise on complex write-ups and proposals.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a writing coach and/or writing teacher preferably in corporate environments or at the graduate level.
- Experience coaching/teaching others complex technical, professional, and financial writing.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with AI writing tools is preferred.
- Knowledge of writing center theory and practice and/or rhetoric and composition theory is preferred.
Responsibilities
