About The Position

National Wound Physician Group is hiring a Wound Care Physician to provide bedside wound management in post-acute care settings, including Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals. Physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility and visit 2–3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients daily. The mobile practice serves facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location. The position offers full-time schedules of 4–5 weekdays per week, Monday through Friday, with stated hours of 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.; part-time opportunities are also available, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week. There are no nights, on-call duties, or weekend clinical responsibilities. Physicians document care in real time at the point of care using a proprietary wound-specific EMR. The employer provides paid onboarding training and a six-month wound care fellowship. The role is W-2 employment, and work visa sponsorship is not available. Requirements

Hold a full, active, unrestricted MD or DO medical license in the state where practicing.
