About The Position

RestorixHealth is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide wound care. Using the Nursing Process, the nurse plans, implements, directs, and evaluates patient care to achieve optimal outcomes, collaborating with other disciplines on the assigned unit. The role provides routine care to sick or injured patients in conjunction with Registered Nurses. Training is provided, including ongoing education and coaching. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and is PRN.

Requirements

• Valid LPN nursing license.
• Valid CPR certification from the American Heart Association.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience working with wound care patients; training will be provided.
• Experience with billing and coding.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on scientific principles, nursing theory, and evidence-based practice.
• Implement physician orders accurately within appropriate time frames.
• Recognize changes in a patient’s condition and intervene appropriately.
• Prioritize nursing actions based on patient needs, acuity, and desired outcomes.
• Plan, implement, direct, and evaluate patient care using the Nursing Process.
• Collaborate with other disciplines on the assigned unit.
