Wound Care LPN LVN
About The Position
The Wound Care LPN/LVN delivers nursing care to residents, putting resident service first and helping ensure residents and their families receive high-quality care. Under the direction of a registered nurse, the nurse provides a range of nursing care, including resident admissions, transfers, and discharges; daily observation of residents’ physical and emotional status; medication administration; and monitoring care provided by unlicensed staff. The role also requires maintaining the confidentiality of resident care information and promoting a safe practice and living environment. Requirements
- Current LVN/LPN licensure to practice in the state.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge or willingness to learn.

- Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment.
- Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents.
- Behavioral care or memory care experience.
- Experience with PointClickCare (PCC).
Responsibilities
