About The Position
DPP is seeking a Workstation Support Analyst for an opportunity with our client in the healthcare insurance industry. This is an 11-month W2 contract role, to be performed onsite in Florence, SC. The selected candidate must be a US Citizen and able to obtain/maintain a low-level (Public Trust) clearance.
Requirements
- Understands operating systems imaging concepts.
- 2 years of technical operations support experience.
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other job-related field; OR 2 years of job-related work experience.
Nice To Haves
- CompTIA A+ and/or Network + Certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for configuring, installing, and maintaining desktop software and hardware.
- Provides technical support and guidance to users.
- Able to provide consultation to IT users for all aspects of end-user computing and desktop-based LAN systems software.
- Able to provide on-the-spot training to users.
- Able to make recommendations on selection of hardware and software products to address business requirements.
