Workstation Support Analyst (Onsite)
About The Position
TM Floyd & Company is hiring a Workstation Support Analyst for an onsite role in Columbia, South Carolina. The position supports workstation operations, including preparing and deploying workstations, backing up data, installing software, and supporting central workstation deployment. Candidates must be able to work on the employer’s W2. The role is open only to U.S. citizens and Green Card holders; sponsorship and C2C or third-party candidates are not available. Candidates must be able to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship and a thorough background screening. The hourly rate is $27.18. Benefits vary depending on the length of the assignment, and a referral bonus of up to $1,000 is offered.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical operations support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Office, and Windows.
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, including passing a thorough background screening.
- U.S. citizenship is required to obtain the security clearance.
- Must be able to work on the employer’s W2.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder.
- An Associate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or 2 years of job-related work experience.
- A+ Certification (CompTIA A+).
Responsibilities
