Workstation Support Analyst (Onsite)
About The Position
TM Floyd & Company is hiring an onsite Workstation Support Analyst in Columbia, South Carolina. The role supports technical operations by installing software, troubleshooting applications, and rebuilding workstations. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States as U.S. citizens or Green Card holders and must be able to work on the employer’s W-2. Sponsorship, C2C, and third-party candidates are not available. The position requires the ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, including a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship. The hourly rate is $27.18. Requirements
- At least 2 years of technical operations support experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office, and Windows.
- Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, requiring U.S. citizenship and a thorough background screening.
- U.S. citizenship or Green Card holder status and ability to work on the employer’s W-2.
- An associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another job-related field, or 2 years of job-related work experience.
