About The Position

This course, ENG1100 DD00, is an intensive practice in academic essay writing for the Fall 2026 semester. The emphasis will be on grammatical and well-reasoned expository writing, essay organization, preparation of research papers, and proper acknowledgment of sources. The course involves frequent written exercises and the development of composition skills. Use of Writing Centre resources is required outside of regular class hours. This posting is limited to Regular Part-Time Professors.

Requirements

• Ph.D (English)
• An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
• Employees are under provincial law required to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
• All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
