About The Position

This course, ENG1100 EI00, is an intensive practice in academic essay writing. The emphasis will be on grammatical and well-reasoned expository writing, essay organization, preparation of research papers, and proper acknowledgment of sources. Students will engage in frequent written exercises and develop their composition skills. The use of Writing Centre resources is required outside of regular class hours. This posting is limited to a Regular Part-Time Professor.

Requirements

• Ph.D (English)
• An acceptable level of education and/or experience could be viewed as being equivalent to the educational required and/or demonstrated experience.
• Employees are under provincial law required to successfully complete all mandatory legislated training.
• All qualified candidates are encouraged to apply; however, Canadians and permanent residents will be given priority.
