About The Position

The Workplace Services Lead serves as WPP’s senior Workplace Services representative for an assigned portfolio, with responsibility for stakeholder relationships, workplace outcomes, financial stewardship, and alignment with WPP and REWS standards. This is a client-side leadership and governance role that translates business priorities into workplace requirements and oversees outsourced providers’ delivery against WPP standards, financial objectives, and contractual commitments. The portfolio may include campus and non-campus locations, so the role requires a flexible approach to oversight, governance, and stakeholder engagement as the REWS operating model evolves. The position is based onsite at a larger campus location in the region. Day-to-day operational delivery and the direction, supervision, and management of provider personnel remain the responsibility of the applicable service provider. The role partners with business stakeholders, Finance, Procurement, REWS teams, service providers, and other internal functions. It oversees budgets and forecasts, provider performance, workplace experience and space optimization, material operational and resilience risks, HSSE and business continuity compliance, and sustainability performance. Workplace data, reporting, and stakeholder feedback are used to assess performance, identify improvements, and inform decisions.
