About The Position

Toast is hiring a Workplace Program Manager to serve as the strategic owner of workplace environments and operations across the Americas. This individual-contributor role combines operational leadership, program management, and culture-building. The manager will establish and scale the regional workplace experience program, oversee outsourced vendors, set service standards and performance measures, create scalable operating procedures, and deploy workplace technologies. The team is building its operational infrastructure while continuing to run day-to-day operations, so the role requires ownership and comfort working through ambiguity. The role is hybrid and requires three days in the Boston office. The Workplace Program Manager will collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to deliver consistent workplace services, support regional growth, and make physical spaces welcoming, collaborative, and aligned with Toast’s values. The position also uses workplace data and analytics to inform service improvements, space planning, and real estate strategy.

  • Hands-on experience implementing workplace management tools and using analytics dashboards to support data-driven decisions.
  • Financial literacy and comfort managing budgets, reviewing purchase orders, tracking vendor invoices, and identifying cost-efficiency opportunities.
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and an ownership-oriented approach to solving problems.
