Requirements

• Demonstrate 6+ years managing workplace operations or facilities
• Coordinate cross-functional programs and deliver operational results
• Manage vendors and service providers to meet performance standards
• Execute small projects and workplace improvements end-to-end
• Support budgets, invoices, and financial processes with accuracy
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders across teams and levels
• Work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment
• Apply equivalent practical experience in place of formal degree where applicable
• Must be willing to work on-site 4 days a week

• Partnering with stakeholders to assist with events, continuity planning, and location requirements.
