About The Position

Collectors is seeking a Workplace Operations Associate to help maintain a clean, organized, functional, and secure building. The position is based onsite at the company’s Boca Raton, Florida office and reports to the Workplace Manager. It is an AM-shift role. The alternative shift schedule includes regular weekend coverage, with specific days and hours determined by operational needs. The position requires working onsite five days per week.

Requirements

• Be able to prioritize tasks assigned during the scheduled work shift.
• Be detail-oriented when evaluating inventory of supplies.
• Pay strong attention to detail in custodial tasks, including cleanliness and sanitation practices.
• Be flexible in response to schedule or requirement changes.
• Be able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Be able to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
• Use hands regularly for various tasks.
• Be able to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Be able to use a computer and phone system, including typing, mouse work, phone conversations, and texting as needed.
• Be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Custodial experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine custodial duties, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, and restocking paper and soap supplies.
• Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Work with Facilities, Workplace, and Operations to ensure office needs are met.
• Respond to tickets and requests from other departments.
• Read chemical Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
