Requirements
- High spiritual and emotional intelligence is essential for this role.
- Demonstrate spiritual, social, and self-awareness and be able to challenge, encourage, and bring accountability in ways that support meaningful spiritual transformation.
- A current and valid driver�s license is required.
- Must be eligible for coverage under company fleet insurance.

Responsibilities
- Build genuine relationships with frontline team members, proactively identifying opportunities to encourage personal and spiritual growth.
- Meet regularly with leaders to establish trust and rapport while supporting and encouraging them as they spiritually lead their teams.
- Intentionally pursue your own spiritual growth and consistently pray and intercede for our leaders and team members.
- Create opportunities for team members to connect with one another through volunteer opportunities, team competitions, Friday lunches, weekly devotionals, and other experiences.
- Be present and available to team members, including regularly connecting with employees working in the field.
