Summary: The Workplace Experience Lead Associate supports daily office operations, serves as the primary client contact, and ensures a high‑quality workplace experience. This role oversees mail and package services, facilities support, team coordination, and customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an office, facilities, or workplace services environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong customer service, communication, and phone skills.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and proactive with strong initiative.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main client contact for service needs, issues, and escalations.
  • Support and provide coverage for the Workplace Experience Manager.
  • Guide team performance, communicate goals, and resolve conflicts.
  • Learn and provide coverage for all mail operations.
  • Receive, process, and deliver all incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Create shipping labels and assist users with shipment needs.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspaces, pantries, and common areas.
  • Perform daily facilities walkthroughs and manage building work orders.
  • Support conference room setups, including chairs and AV equipment.
  • Assist with employee moves and furniture relocation.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and copier/kiosk areas.
  • Coordinate with building staff and vendors for service requests.
  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked and maintained throughout the day.
  • Provide general facilities support and complete additional tasks as assigned.
