Workforce Support Coordinator
About The Position
Parx Home Health Care is seeking an organized, personable, and highly motivated Workforce Support Coordinator to support our home care operations. This position plays an important role in building and supporting our caregiver team from the very first conversation. You will help identify and interview great candidates, guide new hires through the onboarding and orientation process, maintain compliant personnel records, and support our existing team with ongoing credentialing, timekeeping, and payroll-related needs. If you enjoy working with people but also love organization, follow-through, and keeping everything on track, this may be a great fit.

Responsibilities
- Identify and interview great candidates
- Guide new hires through the onboarding and orientation process
- Maintain compliant personnel records

- Review timecards for payroll
- Other administrative tasks
