About The Position

Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a Workforce Operations Manager to lead recruitment and manage staffing operations within its enhanced MSP platform at a client site in Patterson, Georgia. Reporting to the IWS Director, the manager oversees employee engagement and recruits for manufacturing and logistics roles, with responsibility for meeting or exceeding labor-management goals and forecasted headcount targets. The role works with hiring managers, client HR, employees, and client managers to support recruiting, retention, onboarding, and employee relations. The schedule is first shift, Monday through Friday, with flexibility to assist other shifts as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, and/or a client relationship role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills.
Previous on-site staffing experience managing agencies and the recruitment process.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of HRIS/ATS systems.

Responsibilities

Manage requisitions, order fulfillment, and employee onboarding.
Qualify and place candidates in open positions.
Coordinate orientation and onboarding for new hires.
Conduct background checks and drug screenings and ensure timely onboarding.
Assist with payroll and billing as needed.
Assist with employee terminations while mitigating risks.
Serve as a contact for hiring managers, client HR, and employees.
Collaborate with client managers to address recruiting and retention challenges.
Evaluate and refine recruiting strategies and plans.
Assist with coaching, counseling, and mentoring staff.
Support the IWO Operations Manager with employee relations investigations, including necessary support and documentation.
Perform other duties as needed or assigned.
