About The Position

Axuall is seeking an experienced, client-facing healthcare analytics professional to lead executive engagements for its workforce intelligence suite. The role combines Axuall’s curated clinical workforce data network with AI to help health system leaders answer workforce and market questions. The consultant partners with leaders to understand their decisions and create analyses, reports, or interactive tools, while identifying which engagements and approaches can be made repeatable and incorporated into Axuall’s library of agents and analyses. As a member of the product organization, with a dotted line to the head of Customer Experience, this role owns client engagements from initial conversation through final deliverable. The consultant works directly with healthcare executives and other leaders, leads collaborative design sessions, uses Claude and the Axuall MCP data connector to conduct analyses and build deliverables, and reviews all work for accuracy and executive usefulness. The role also refines reusable prompts and templates, validates market needs, shares structured findings with the product team, and supports sales and client services with demonstrations, executive conversations, and engagement scoping. The position is remote-first and may be performed from any U.S. jurisdiction where Axuall is registered to do business. Employees must attend an in-person orientation at the company’s headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio, and occasional travel may be needed. Axuall is unable to sponsor visas.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of healthcare analytics experience, including a track record of working closely with executives to answer strategic questions using claims and market data.
  • Healthcare analytics or consulting experience with health system executives, gained at a consulting or advisory firm, a healthcare data and analytics company, or a health system strategy or planning group.
  • A proven record of turning data into actionable insights, including executive-ready reports and presentations.
  • Strong understanding of the provider market, including physician recruitment and retention, workforce supply and demand, service-line strategy, and referral and alignment dynamics.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with data, including the judgment to distinguish credible findings from plausible-sounding ones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the presence to lead a working session with a C-suite leader.
  • A track record of ownership, initiative, and delivering results in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Ability to attend an in-person orientation at Axuall’s Cleveland, Ohio headquarters.
  • Must be located in a U.S. jurisdiction where Axuall is registered to do business; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Nice To Haves

  • Review every output for accuracy and executive usefulness before it is delivered to a client.
  • Refine prompts, templates, and analytical approaches, and build a reusable library of effective work.
  • Capture market feedback on the questions executives ask, what they value, what they would pay for, and where the data or product falls short.
  • Share structured findings with the product team, including use-case recommendations and feedback on output quality.
  • Support sales and client services through demonstrations, executive conversations, and engagement scoping.
