About The Position

WIL is seeking a Workforce Development Consultant to advise on jobs, skills, and training across critical minerals mining and mineral processing. The role supports workforce intelligence and proposal development by helping identify labor demand and training gaps, design career and training pathways, and inform industry partnerships. The opportunity is contingent on a competitive grant application; no award has been made, and there is no guaranteed work or funding. If an award proceeds and the staffing model calls for it, WIL may offer a project-based contract or consulting engagement. WIL will seek permission before naming the consultant or including their resume in a proposal. The position is a remote, US-based project collaborator opportunity.
