About The Position

Wipro is hiring a Workforce Software Consultant to architect, configure, and implement Workforce Software (WFS) solutions tailored to client needs. The consultant will work across solution design, integrations, reporting, testing, and client engagement, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms. The role also includes providing workforce optimization and compliance guidance, contributing expertise during pre-sales and delivery, and managing small- to mid-sized implementation projects.

Requirements

8–10 years of experience.
Experience with SAP Time & Attendance Management by WFS.

Responsibilities

Architect end-to-end Workforce Software solutions tailored to client needs.
Lead technical design sessions and create solution blueprints.
Ensure integration with SAP SuccessFactors, payroll systems, and other enterprise platforms.
Configure WFS modules, including Time, Scheduling, ACT, and Forecasting.
Develop and test custom scripts using JavaScript, HTML, or SQL.
Perform unit and system testing and validate solutions against business requirements.
Conduct workshops to gather and refine business requirements.
Provide strategic guidance on workforce optimization and compliance.
Serve as a subject matter expert during pre-sales and delivery phases.
Manage small- to mid-sized implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
Mentor junior consultants and support their professional development.
Design and implement interfaces using APIs and ETL tools.
Enable standard and custom reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration and performance issues.
