About The Position

CMCA is seeking a passionate, motivated, and community-minded Workforce Family Success Coach in Boonville. The role helps youth and low-income adults overcome barriers, build career skills, secure employment opportunities, and achieve long-term self-sufficiency. Using a Whole Family coaching approach, the coach supports individuals with paid work experience, vocational training, certifications, and career pathway opportunities. The coach also helps individuals develop workplace readiness skills, including resume development, interviewing, workplace communication, digital literacy, and financial literacy. The position pays $19.12 per hour and involves travel throughout CMCA's service area.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
