Workforce Family Success Coach
About The Position
CMCA is seeking a passionate, motivated, and community-minded Workforce Family Success Coach in Boonville. The role supports youth and low-income adults in overcoming barriers, building career skills, securing employment opportunities, and achieving long-term self-sufficiency. Using a Whole Family coaching approach, the coach helps individuals access paid work experience, vocational training, certifications, and career pathway opportunities. The coach also helps participants develop workplace readiness skills, including resume development, interviewing, workplace communication, digital literacy, and financial literacy. The position pays $19.12 per hour and involves travel throughout CMCA's service area.
Requirements
- Passion for helping individuals and families succeed.
- Ability to build positive relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Organization and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfort facilitating workshops and speaking with groups.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout CMCA's service area.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Sociology, Education, or a related field.
- Experience in case management, workforce development, coaching, education, counseling, or community-based services.
