About The Position

This role involves orchestrating high-impact workforce initiatives by leading, coordinating, and executing career and workforce development engagements across regional high schools and community organization networks. The position requires cultivating strategic community ecosystems through building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with government entities, civic organizations, and local school district leadership. The coordinator will serve as a public-facing ambassador, systematically scheduling contact points and leading community-wide presentations. A key responsibility is driving data-driven accountability by tracking, auditing, and analyzing regional workforce metrics and documenting outreach efforts. The role also demands agile project coordination, managing multiple community projects and timelines simultaneously, and maintaining meticulous time management by balancing administrative reporting with field-based community deployment and local travel.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of collaborating across complex institutions (government, school boards, and non-profits).
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to take an engagement from concept to successful execution in the field.
Proven ability to capture, organize, and track operational data and metrics across specialized outreach databases or reporting systems.
A self-motivated, flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic, community-facing environment and can problem-solve on the fly.
Excellent time-management skills.
Willingness to engage in routine local travel across the regional territory.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working directly within a workforce development program, career counseling, or community pipeline initiative is highly preferred.
