Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across complex institutions (government, school boards, and non-profits).
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to take an engagement from concept to successful execution in the field.
  • Proven ability to capture, organize, and track operational data and metrics across specialized outreach databases or reporting systems.
  • A self-motivated, flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic, community-facing environment and can problem-solve on the fly.
  • Must possess excellent time-management skills and the willingness to engage in routine local travel across the regional territory.
  • Prior experience working directly within a workforce development program, career counseling, or community pipeline initiative is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coordinate, and execute career and workforce development engagements across regional high schools and community organization networks.
  • Build and maintain high-value, collaborative partnerships with government entities, civic organizations, and local school district leadership to expand program visibility.
  • Serve as the professional, public-facing ambassador for the organization, systematically scheduling contact points and leading community-wide presentations.
  • Meticulously track, audit, and analyze regional workforce metrics, documenting all outreach efforts and contact history to evaluate program efficacy.
  • Manage multiple community projects and timelines simultaneously, deploying strong problem-solving skills to navigate fluid logistics or changing school schedules.
  • Autonomously balance desk-based administrative reporting with heavy, field-based community deployment and local travel.
