About The Position

This role involves orchestrating high-impact workforce initiatives by leading, coordinating, and executing career and workforce development engagements across regional high schools and community organization networks. The position requires cultivating strategic community ecosystems through building and maintaining collaborative partnerships with government entities, civic organizations, and local school district leadership. The coordinator will serve as a public-facing ambassador, commanding outreach logistics and communication, systematically scheduling contact points, and leading community-wide presentations. A key aspect of the role is driving data-driven accountability by meticulously tracking, auditing, and analyzing regional workforce metrics, documenting outreach efforts and contact history to evaluate program efficacy. Additionally, the role demands agile project coordination, managing multiple community projects and timelines simultaneously, and executing strong problem-solving skills to navigate fluid logistics or changing school schedules. The position requires meticulous time management, balancing desk-based administrative reporting with heavy, field-based community deployment and local travel.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of collaborating across complex institutions (government, school boards, and non-profits).
Strong project management and coordination skills, with the ability to take an engagement from concept to successful execution in the field.
Proven ability to capture, organize, and track operational data and metrics across specialized outreach databases or reporting systems.
A self-motivated, flexible professional who thrives in a dynamic, community-facing environment and can problem-solve on the fly.
Excellent time-management skills and the willingness to engage in routine local travel across the regional territory.

Prior experience working directly within a workforce development program, career counseling, or community pipeline initiative is highly preferred.
