Support the District’s Human Resources Office by managing multiple programs and priorities in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment. As part of the Human Resources team, the Workforce Development Coordinator will lead the District’s workforce and leadership training efforts, overseeing the design, delivery, and evaluation of learning initiatives that strengthen workforce capability. This role will conduct identify training needs, research training resources, and implement targeted training programs. This position also oversees, workforce development initiatives including tuition reimbursement process and the Student Internship Program by maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders to support employee growth. The Coordinator will also manage key vendor relationships and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement across the District.
